Residence & Pool House
The Vincent home features an added pool and pool house along with a remodel of the home for a family of six and a new addition… an adorable maltipoo puppy. The clients love color, so the living room’s sunny golden yellow walls remain, keeping the room energized while furnishing it in pales and neutrals. The drapery features a delicate embroidered floral with banding and braided trim for added interest. The contemporary coffee table and art give the room the edge it needs to keep the overall look from being too traditional. The dining room pieces and walls nod to the style of the living room for continuity, and the traditional drapery is bordered in a contemporary fabric for contrast. The powder bath is wallpapered in a light damask to keep the space open. The second half bath is papered in a lively coral fretwork pattern, and accented with contemporary art pieces. The custom vanity features modern doors, pull out doors on each end, and brass feet. A custom backsplash along with the perfect mirror and sconces finish the look.
The family room is made for relaxation and comfort with swivel chairs for conversation or TV viewing, a long houndstooth sofa, and a recliner for dad. A built-in seating area with comfortable custom cushions, colorful pillows, and a large family table allow for family and friends to gather for a meal or table game. The new pool and pool house are visible through the large windows of the banquet. The pool house features a half bath inside and a full bath outside. The fun tile used throughout the spaces adds color accents and functionality. The kitchen has an extraordinary island for huge gatherings and the adjoining spaces give room for plenty of seating and a bar. Another wonderful feature is the glass wall system which opens to the entire pool and yard area. The family has hosted many showers and parties both indoor and out in their new home.
